Registration and attendance
We collect an adult contact, an emergency contact and a separate record for each child, including name and date of birth. Allergies, dietary needs, relevant support information and collection arrangements help staff prepare for the session. Please provide only information relevant to the visit and discuss food allergies directly with staff.
We record the session each participant attends, check-in time and the staff member who records it. Warm Space meal counts are recorded separately. A booking reference can be recorded to connect the visit to a payment checked by staff.
Who can see it?
Authorised Fusion staff can see participant records. Access is restricted to approved staff accounts. Funding exports contain programme totals, attendance visits, unique participants and meals; they exclude names, contact details and health information. Any additional funder questions or information sharing will be explained before collection.
The proposed service uses Cloudflare for the website, database and staff access, and Resend for Fusion Friends confirmation emails. Beyonk separately handles ticket booking, payment and its booking QR. The website currently has no automatic Beyonk data connection.
Fusion Friends
Fusion Friends is a FREE optional email updates list. We ask for your email, optional name and explicit permission to send what’s-on information, last-minute availability, new events and occasional offers. You must confirm by email. You can unsubscribe at any time. Joining or leaving does not change your booking or your separate £15 Fusion VIP membership.
Your choices
You can ask Fusion to explain what is held, correct information or consider a request to remove it. Some attendance or safety records may need to be retained for a stated period. The final notice will explain that period and your applicable rights, including how to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Security checks
A security check helps prevent automated submissions. The final live notice will explain any cookies or similar technology in use. We do not add advertising trackers in this build.
Family account sign-in
Your free family account uses a one-time email link. Links expire after 15 minutes. A secure sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days, so you do not need to enter family details again on the same device. Sign out on shared devices. Signing out ends all your family account sessions.
Your family QR contains only a random registration reference. It does not contain your child’s name, health information or proof of payment. Only authorised staff can look up a family record. We record account changes for accountability and limit sign-in requests to prevent misuse. Family registration and account access do not subscribe you to marketing or create a paid VIP membership.
