Every child must be signed in, including party guests. Parents/carers provide each child’s dietary, allergy and relevant support details. Please discuss allergies with staff before food is served.

Everyone attending a session needs to register first. Parents/carers register each child, including babies and party guests. Register once to make future visits easier, then book and pay through Beyonk and show its booking QR when you arrive. Warm Space visits use a separate staff check-in.

Provide a parent/carer contact and a separate record for each child. Tell us about allergies, dietary needs and support we should know about.
Each child signed in
Show your Beyonk booking QR to staff on arrival. Staff confirm each child attending against your family registration. If you cannot find the QR, ask staff to look up your booking.

Keep using your Beyonk booking QR for booked visits. Your Fusion registration holds your family details, so you only need to update them when something changes.

Parent/carer registration
One parent/carer contact, with individual child records. Warm Space adults can register without adding child details. Programme-specific funding questions will be added once their requirements are confirmed.
How funding information will be used
We plan to record session attendance, unique participants, repeat visits and meals served. Any additional registration questions will match the relevant funder’s requirements. Personal details will be available only to authorised staff; reports should use totals or anonymised information wherever possible. The final privacy notice, access controls and retention periods must be agreed before real registrations open.
A safe, happy visit
Soft play & party rules.
- Every child must be signed in by staff. This includes babies and party guests. Walk-ins register before entering.
- A responsible adult must supervise children during normal soft play, Explorers and parties. Venue staff do not provide childcare for those sessions.
- Children and adults entering the play equipment must wear socks.
- Tell staff about any accident, damaged equipment or safety concern straight away.
- Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell.
- Tell staff about food allergies and dietary needs before food is ordered or served. Registration details do not replace that conversation.
- Arrive for your booked time; sessions finish at the advertised time.
Draft acknowledgement for review. Final party terms and any insurer-required wording will be confirmed before registration goes live.

Do adults need a ticket?
Supervising adults attend normal soft play free. Please include them on your Beyonk booking so we know who is coming.
What should we bring?
Socks for children and adults entering the play equipment. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult throughout normal soft play. Every child, including babies and party guests, must be checked in by staff.
Can you help with additional needs?
Tell us about any support needs when booking, or contact us before visiting so we can discuss how to make your visit comfortable.
How do I choose a time?
Use Book soft play to open Beyonk. Choose your tickets, date and available session. Your booking confirmation and booking QR come from Beyonk. Show that QR to staff when you arrive.
