Free soft-play loyalty
Each child has their own digital card. The fifth qualifying booking is half price and the tenth is free, then a new card starts. Stamps and reward redemptions update after confirmed payment or a confirmed free reward, not when checkout is started. Attendance is recorded separately on arrival. Promotions and visiting guest children do not earn stamps.

Passes belong to the named member and can be checked against the saved account photo where required.
