How it works

  1. Sign in or create a free Fusion account. Select your voucher or pass and pay securely.
  2. Gift vouchers arrive at the buyer’s email address. Forward the email, or print / save as PDF from your account.
  3. Your friend signs into their own family account and enters the unique code to claim credit or activate their gifted month.
  4. Book each visit as usual. Pass cover applies automatically; enter your claimed voucher code to use credit.

Digital and printed copies share the same code and balance.

Play pass terms

One ordinary soft play session per child per day, during normal opening times. Booking required and subject to availability. Adults must supervise throughout. Passes cover the named children only. Covered bookings have no fee; remaining paid tickets use the existing 50p online booking fee. Buying a voucher or pass has no additional fee.

Gift credit and passes exclude special events, character breakfasts, parties, Youth clubs, food and drinks. They have no cash alternative. Monthly Play Passes are separate from Fusion VIP membership and Fusion Crew Youth passes. Monthly passes use a rolling month, rather than a calendar month.
