Are adults really free?
Yes. Supervising adults attend normal soft play free. Include them on the booking so Fusion can manage the venue’s total capacity of 25 people.
Can we stay longer?
Bookings are for two hours. When it is quiet staff may allow families to stay longer, but this cannot be guaranteed.
What about babies?
Choose the appropriate baby option shown for your session. Every child, including babies, must be checked in.
Can I bring my child’s friend?
Yes. Add them as a temporary visiting child for that booking. The parent or carer providing their information must have permission to do so.
