Bring your business to Fusion.

Stallholder booking terms

Payment and cancellation. One stall space costs £10 and full payment is required to confirm the booking. Stall fees are non-refundable if the stallholder cancels or does not attend. If Fusion cancels the fête, the stall fee will be refunded.

Your pitch. One £10 booking covers one allocated stall space. Bring your own table, display equipment and extension leads unless Fusion agrees otherwise in writing. Keep fire exits, walkways and neighbouring pitches clear. Electrical equipment must be safe and suitable for use; Fusion may ask for evidence of inspection/PAT where appropriate.

Products. Tell us accurately what you intend to sell. Fusion may manage duplicate stall types and may refuse products that are unsuitable for a family event. Counterfeit, illegal or unsafe goods are not permitted. Alcohol, nicotine/vape products and other age-restricted goods may not be sold without Fusion's prior written approval and all legally required licences.

Food traders. Food businesses are responsible for their own registration, hygiene compliance, allergen information, licences and insurance. Fusion may ask to see evidence before the event.

Insurance and responsibility. Stallholders are responsible for their own stock, equipment, public/product liability arrangements and any permissions required for their activity. Children accompanying a stallholder remain the stallholder's responsibility.

Set-up and conduct. Arrival and set-up instructions will be provided before the fête. Pitches cannot be transferred to another trader without Fusion's agreement. Please leave your space clean and follow reasonable safety instructions from the Fusion team.

Event changes. Fusion may make reasonable changes to layout, timings or arrangements for safety or operational reasons. Where circumstances outside Fusion's reasonable control affect the event, we will communicate the options available to booked stallholders.
